Tracy is 60 yrs old. She has arthritis of the left shoulder and right hip. The following videos show Tracy's practice AFTER she had hip replacement surgery on Feb 11, 08. This practice was only THREE WEEKS after surgery! Tracy will continue to document her recovery, hopefully revealing THE HEALING POWER OF YOGA. More videos coming soon (we have 30+ to choose from).
